both in written, IT based and verbal form.

colleagues or other organisations and thorough in following them through.

organisation and other local and national organisations across a range of sectors.
- Commercial sense in relation to creating and controlling budgets within a corporate
context on very limited human and financial resources.
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining a corporate image. Flexible in
terms of time and commitment to ensure outcomes are delivered in the face of
fluctuating and competing demands.
- Extensive experience of working with and supporting committees/boards including
pre and post action, preparing reports, agenda and minutes.
- Extensive experience of effective working directly with a chief executive and
chairmen.
- Used to working remotely.
- Calm in a crisis!
