A Little About Me
I offer value for money, no nonsense, consultancy and interim management support to help you bring
out the best in your organisation and its people.
I like to keep things simple. My outputs are imaginative yet clear, far reaching yet practical,
uncomplicated yet thorough.
My reputation is one of being friendly, professional courteous and approachable. People know I have
a positive, supportive approach and provide sensible, commonsense advice.
I have 30 years of experience as a local government deputy chief
executive, strategic director, returning officer, town & parish clerk.
Originally with a background in local authority democratic/legal
services I majored in corporate change management at the strategic
level. My experience and circumstances mean I am well placed to
cover for vacancies, absences, workload peaks and a wide range of
assignments - large or small.
With many desirable skills, I have the flexibility and experience to
apply them in a variety of contexts. I have a proven track record from
the front line to strategic direction and all points between.
